Awaken your taste buds with our authentic family cuisine made with fresh, local produce treated with respect. Leek fritters, Corsican soup, brocciu cannelloni, local wild boar, chestnut flan... From starter to dessert, everything is homemade for an unforgettable culinary experience .
A haven of peace in the middle of the Corsican mountains
From May to October we will seat you in the cool of the outdoor terrace in the shade of the plane trees, or on the panoramic terrace with a plunging view of the maquis and the surrounding mountains.
In winter, you can warm up by the fireplace, comfortably seated to enjoy a side grilled over a wood fire.
Authentic cuisine
You will discover our traditional cuisine made mainly with local products, including some fruits and vegetables from our garden.
Our artisanal charcuterie (figatellu, black pudding, panzetta, etc.) is carefully selected from producers in the island's inland villages.
The family recipes were passed down by Pierrette, "the oldest cook"
Leek fritters, warm goat's cheese flan with mint, Corsican soup, local wild boar in sauce, eggplant lasagna, veal sauté with olives, brocciu cannelloni and many more to discover on our menu.
Not forgetting the sweet note to finish your meal, chestnut flan, apple tart, crème caramel.
